1. The service

ShipZume provides free time zone conversion tools, world clocks, reference tables and editorial articles. Access requires no account, no payment and no registration. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Permitted use

You may use this site for personal or commercial reference, quote short extracts with a link back, and print pages for your own use. You may not:

  • copy substantial parts of the site to republish it, in whole or in part, as your own;
  • scrape the site systematically or at a rate that degrades service for others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its database or its administration area;
  • use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law, or to transmit malicious code.

3. Accuracy and no warranty

We take accuracy seriously and use the official international definitions for every conversion factor, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the content is free of error or that the service will be uninterrupted. See our disclaimer for detail on how the information should and should not be relied upon.

4. Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, code and compilation of data on this site are owned by ShipZume Media Ltd and protected by copyright. Time zone offsets and clock readings themselves are facts and are not claimed as our property. Trade marks referred to in editorial content belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively.

5. Third-party links and advertising

Some pages link to external websites and display advertising supplied by third parties. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement, and the presence of an advertisement does not imply we recommend the advertiser.

6. Limitation of liability

10. Severability and law

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the seat of ShipZume Media Ltd, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
